Our Sound Bath class is an immersive meditative experience. Crystal singing bowls are played to induce a full-body listening experience through sound and vibration promoting relaxation, rejuvenation and healing. This class does not use the Pilates Reformers and is suitable for everyone.

A Thrive Hive Sound Bath is full of luxury inclusions that make your experience one of a kind.  You will be embraced by a 6-inch-thick padded mat, a self-heating eye mask, a weighted mini blanket, a fleece microfiber blanket, pillow, and bolster for your comfort.  These bring your experience to a new and unmatched level of comfort and relaxation.
