Unfortunately, children are not allowed to accompany parents to classes unless they are signed up to attend.

REMINDER: Please inform your instructor about any injuries or recent events that might limit your participation in a class or exercise.

Please clean and put away any used equipment after class, setting the Reformer with all springs and starting footbar position.

Dress Code

Clients with long hair, please secure hair in a ponytail or braid for safety.

Fitted athleisure wear is recommended for all classes. Bulky or loose-fitting clothing and jewelry may create a hazard with moving parts on the Reformers.

Clothing with buttons, zippers, or metal fasteners can damage upholstery and will not be permitted in classes.

Clients are encouraged to wear sticky socks to perform exercises safely.

Clients that are not wearing the proper clothing will not be permitted to participate in classes.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before class time on the Wellness app to avoid loss of class credit. Cancellations within the 24-hour window may be excused by contacting Thrive Hive directly with a valid reason.

Because our studio is intentionally small and offers limited reformer spots, we rely on a clear cancellation policy to keep classes running smoothly and to give everyone a fair chance to attend. We REQUIRE AT LEAST 24 HOURS' NOTICE for all class cancellations. The cancellation window allows us enough time to offer the open spot to someone else on the waitlist and helps to ensure that every reformer is filled and no one misses out on the chance to move their body.

We extend a 12-hour cancellation window for weather-related cancellations, meaning you can cancel up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the booked class. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time will be charged as a full class charge. Our system will allow you to rebook the class if there is still availability the morning of if the conditions are more favorable to you. Our booking window closes 2 hours before a class starts.

When cancelling because of weather, you will need to call/text (719) 526-5778 to confirm you are cancelling because of weather; please include your name and class time. When no call is received, we assume it's a late cancel/no-show, and you will be charged a full class credit. Cancelling within 24 hours of class start time for unrelated reasons will result in a full class charge as well. Feel free to call and discuss the cancellation reason to see if you can be issued a credit.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to keep our community studio running efficiently and inclusively. Â
